Terms of Service

The rules for using Nerra's AI agents, workflows, and integrations.

Service Description

Nerra provides tools to build and run AI agents, automate workflows, and integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Calendar and Google Sheets. Features may include omnichannel messaging, scheduling, analytics (including sentiment analysis), and workflow orchestration.

Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for the security of your account, credentials, and API tokens.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident involving your account.
  • When you connect third-party services (e.g., Google), you authorize Nerra to access data strictly to provide user-facing features you enable.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful activities, harassment, spam, or fraud.
  • Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities or breach security controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
  • Respect third-party terms (e.g., Google API Services User Data Policy) and applicable laws, including privacy and data protection.

Third-Party Services

Integrations with third-party services (for example, Google APIs) are provided "as is". We do not control third-party availability or policies and are not responsible for their actions or outages. Your use of such services is subject to their terms.

Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of your data. You grant Nerra the rights necessary to operate the Service (store, process, transmit, and display data as configured).
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit and process data via the Service.
  • We may generate logs and analytics (for example, sentiment labels) to help you monitor and improve workflows.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.

Service Changes and Availability

We may modify or discontinue features, impose limits, or update the Service. We aim to notify you of material changes in advance when feasible. We are not liable for any unavailability or modification of the Service.

Fees

Certain features may be subject to fees or usage limits. If applicable, fees and billing terms will be presented separately. You are responsible for taxes and charges related to your purchases.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerra and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, present a security risk, or engage in unlawful activity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. We will post updates here and update the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or via email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence unless local law requires otherwise. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in that jurisdiction.
